Return and Refund Policy

 Traverse Travel Agency strives to provide excellent service to all our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your travel bookings. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings.

Refund Policy:

  1. Flight Bookings: If you are eligible for a refund according to the airline's fare rules, we will process the refund on your behalf as soon as possible. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the airline and payment method used for the booking.

Hotel Reservations: If you cancel a hotel reservation within the property's specified cancellation period and are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund according to the hotel's refund policy.
